Mon–Fri 7:30am–5pm, Saturdays by appointment. If you smell burning or a breaker will not reset, switch it off at the panel and call.
- Diagnosis before quote
- Safety decides the order
- Written scope, no surprises
03How it works
Three steps. Start to finish.
-

01Step 1 of 3
Tell us what is happening
Call or send the form with what you are seeing: the breaker that trips, the outlet that runs warm, the charger you want fitted.
-

02Step 2 of 3
We test first
We find the actual fault or measure the actual load, then talk you through the options.
-

03Step 3 of 3
Work, test, label
We do the work, test what we touched and label the circuits we changed.

01Do you charge for a call-out or an estimate?
Ask when you call and we will tell you before the visit is booked: whether there is a diagnostic fee, what it is, and whether it comes off the repair if you go ahead.
02How soon can you come out?
Call and we will give you the first slot we actually have, rather than the one that sounds best. Faults, burning smells and dead circuits get pulled ahead of planned work.
03My breaker keeps tripping. Can I just keep resetting it?
No. A breaker that trips is doing its job. Leave it off and call us, and tell us what was running when it went, because that usually narrows the fault down quickly.
04Is an old panel dangerous on its own?
Age alone does not make a panel dangerous; condition and load do. What worries us is heat, rust, scorching and aluminium branch wiring. Send a photo of the label when you call.
05Can you work on a building I rent out?
Yes. Tell us who the point of contact is and who is paying, and we will keep both informed.
